When we were approached by this client, they were just looking to replace the flooring in their living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as painting, and furnishing.

We were able to stretch their budget further and included refinishing a couple existing pieces of furniture, replacing all the lighting throughout with Phillips Hue smart lighting system, building a beautiful new fireplace surround clad in shiplap and matte black tile, and removing the partition walls which divided up an already small space.

We also built a custom solid oak louvered partition wall in the entryway to create a natural break that would create privacy while also not blocking light from the nearby windows.
